Cancellation Policy

At AZ SOLAR Restorations, we aim to provide efficient and reliable solar panel services, including maintenance, repair, and cleaning. To ensure we deliver the best experience, please review the following booking terms: Appointments - can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Confirmation- All bookings will be confirmed via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly. Site Access - Please ensure we have safe and unobstructed access to your solar panels at the scheduled time. If special arrangements are required (e.g., roof access, pets on site), please notify us in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please follow the guidelines below: *Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees. *Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $20 to cover scheduling and operational costs. *No-shows or failure to provide access at the time of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee Weather-Related Delays For safety reasons, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather (e.g., storms, heavy rain, strong winds). We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.
